Captain’s Log, Stardate 43125.8
I’ve woken up on some planet with no idea as to who I am or how I arrived here. I seem to have crash landed in a ship that looks like something you’d find in your breakfast cereal, yet it requires Plutonium to fuel it. I don’t really fancy being stranded here, but I also don’t fancy getting radiation sickness.

I found my phaser which makes mining a bit easier, it even has the ability to scan new lifeforms, planets, plants etc it then allows me to name the new findings and upload them. I’ve named my planet after Emperor Lrrr’s home world ‘Omicron Persei 8’ and when uploading it to the galactic map, I’m rewarded with some credits for doing so, which will be ideal when I find way out into the universe and to a space station.
After a few hours, I managed to get everything fixed and break out of the planet’s atmosphere. The view from here is stunning and very daunting at the same time, there’s so much so see on each planet and even more to learn.

I’ve explored as much as I can within my current solar system, and now need to stretch out into further galaxies; I built a hyper drive which will allow me to do so, but fuelling the hyper drive is time consuming and expensive on resources. There’s also an issue of making sure there’s enough room in my spaceship and exosuit storage to craft whats needed. I’ll update if things go to plan.
Captain’s Log, Supplementary
Things have gone very well, and I’ve managed to warp jump my way to the next solar system, which I have named after one of my favourite childhood bands to give me a little reminder of home.

This seems to be a much smaller system that the previous one, but the planets are more green, hopefully this will mean that there is life here…friendly life that is.
My Hyper Drive is now depleted so I desperately need to find some Antimatter and Resonators if I’m ever going to find my way to centre of the universe. I’m also in need of some more Thanium 9 to refuel my ship, luckily this is easily extracted from all the comets floating around in space, but unfortunately for me I took a beating from some space pirates on arrival, and require some Oxides to repair my shield. Still, the joke is on the pirates, they only made off with some my Copper.

I’ve chosen a dense looking planet to land on, and I’ve definitely chosen well. This planet has a plethora of wild life and elements for mining, I even found a signal that led me to a ship wreck. There was a lot of work to get this beast up and running again, and it’s now fully functional and much more efficient than my previous one.
Now that I’m back on track with my new ship (which looks like something from an Alien film), I’ve taken some time scanning and renaming the wild life here, and my God I’ve seen some monstrosities, so naturally I named them accordingly –
Brundle Fly

Meat Horse

This has to be the worst one, I present to you the walking STI

I think I went a bit mad with some of the names, but no one was here to judge, and most of these creatures seem to be more afraid of me which is a relief, as I didn’t like my chances against any of these in a fight.
Despite a few creatures having a repulsive appearance, the life here seems to be ok with you (if approached slowly), and it helps to have a bit of food as an offering.

I’m now fully restocked and ready to move to the next planet, but I’m sticking around in this System for a little while longer, as there’s still so much more to do before I’ll be able to reach the centre of the universe. I’m feeling a lot more happy and confident about the future, I just hope I don’t come across any desolate planets, as running out of resources will likely mean death.

For now, this is where I sign off.
SNIKT!
Sounds like you are having fun. Still trying to get the game to work myself but really looking forward to it.

Loads of fun! Lacks some variety here and there, but still mind blowing. That’s crazy that yours isn’t working though! 😦
