Regular Show In Space S8 E14 ‘Operation:Hear No Evil’

The park members besides Mordecai and Rigby are watching a soap opera called Lazer Hunters. Mordecai and Rigby are not sure why anyone would watch it but are instantly drawn in. They want to watch it all before the series finale though they really need to vacuum for Benson. They end up watching the whole series and are ready for the finale.

Of course since they didn’t vacuum they are pulled out of the room, looks like they need to protect themselves from spoilers. They have Eileen record it and head out on their task. They are working in the house, when Muscleman comes running excited by the finale. They run to dig up a prepared kit with the title “Operation: Hear No Evil” on it.

Rigby breaks their phones and they go back to the ship. When Muscleman is looking in the house for them, Benson comes in and hearing the floor hasn’t been vacuumed asks Muscleman about the finale. Benson wants to be the one to spoil them for not doing what he asked.

Mordecai and Rigby get in the air-ducts and Benson follows them. They continue running stealing hover boards to get away. They eventually get to the barracks and lock the door only to find Benson hiding their. They really should have just vacuumed the house, they’ll never learn.

They pull out a tape of the finale of Benson’s favorite show, and blackmail him. Sticking the tape in Benson concedes and lets them watch the finale. One of their space friends comes in and spoils both endings in one quick moment, poor guys they just wanted to enjoy good tv. A classic story for Regular Show especially in our world where spoilers can be anywhere and everywhere. Excited for the next episode Space Escape!

New Pokemon and New Trainers emerge in the new trailer for Sun and Moon!

Type-Null’s evolution is revealed to be called Silvalley and it’s ability is Rk-system. Just like Arceus this Pokemon can change its type depending on the disk it holds. Really an interesting Pokemon, he will only evolve when he fully trusts his trainer and breaks free of his helmet.

Jangmo-o the new Dragon type becomes Hakamo-o which is Dragon- Fighting. Clearly a rough and tumble Pokemon, ready for a fight. It really does look quite cool.

It’s final form Kamo-0  who is also Dragon-Fighting is quite majestic and has the new move Clanging Scales which while it does a lot of damage lowers its defense. I really like its design and am certainly having this bruiser on my team when this game comes out!

Bounsweet the cute little baby Grass type evolves into Steenee who is also Grass Type and is still the Fruit Pokemon. Looking quite fashionable now for a pokemon that started out in diapers.

Steenee evolves into Tsareena a super majestic royal Pokemon. It is said only the strongest Steenee evolve into Tsareena. Tsareena has the amazing ability Queenly Majesty which can stop opponents from using a move right off the cuff. I really do think this Pokemon looks like a fierce fighter, and that is good!

Cutie fly evolves into Ribombee a Pokemon who was first seen in a trailer a while ago. It is another fasionable Pokemon as it has a nice scarf.

Alolan Grimer is joined by Alolan Muk. Grimer and Muk look actually quite nice in game. When I first saw Alolan Muk I wasn’t impressed but in game he looks awesome.

Also revealed were Olivia the Kahuna of Akala Island anda Ilima the first trial captain. Olivia’s Pokemon are of the Rock-Type persuasion and her first Pokémon is Nosepass. It has been said she also owns a Lycanroc.It is nice to see more people of differing skin colors and this kahuna looks like quite the opponent.

Ilima is a Normal type trial captain and not much is known about this character.

With more and more news coming out weekly, and the game just about 5 weeks away, I am getting more and more hyped for this awesome new game. Pokemon Sun and Moon comes out in most of the world on November 18th and on November 25th for Europe. Below is the trailer if you haven’t had the chance to see it yet!

Regular Show In Space S8 E13 ‘Space Race’

Mordecai and Rigby are playing a racing game in the Space Tree when they got caught by the leader of the tree. They think they are getting in trouble when they find it is actually a training module for the Space Race between the Space Tree and the Space Bush.

He asks for help from the former best racers and when he leaves they leave because they don’t want to teach their replacements. Sally another crew member taught them to race so of course she offers to train Mordecai, Rigby and their Park Member Put Crew. In an epic montage they learn how to race.

Of course the former team joins the Space Bush so they can defeat Mordecai and Rigby. In a thrilling race that is is so fast its insane their rivals shoot to first. It kind of reminds of Rainbow Road seeing as they both are in space. Of course this race is far more dangerous as two of the cars explode when hit.

Mordecai and Rigby are doing fine until they are hit by an asteroid which depletes some oxygen. Hans and Lars are tricky and they are sabotaging their fellow racers. The Pitcrew heads to help the pair and they are soon flying towards an alien planet for a pit stop. when they reach the planet they are forced into a tunnel, and in third place they are really close.

They reach the pair and push in a fuel cell into their car in hopes of speeding up. Rigby and a rival racer jump out of their cars and Rigby wins by hitting the finish line.They win the race and the support of their captain. Looks like Mordecai and Rigby aren’t doing too badly in space and that is a good thing.

Regular Show: In Space S8 E12 ‘Stuck in an Elevator’

Mordecai and Rigby’s favorite band Fistpump is having one last show and it happens to be in space. Humorously this is because the UN banned this concert. There is a short flashback to an older episode where they fell asleep at the show because they worked all day to earn them.

They arrive at the venue and find that there is a line to the five second tub elevator so they obviously take a real elevator which of course is working until Rigby presses the Emergency stop button.

Rigby trying to update an app kills the rest of his battery. Now because he is claustrophobic he is freaking out. The duo are depressed because they won’t get to see this band. They have no idea if they are ever going to get back to Earth so this may be their last Earthly experience.

Jumping on Mordecai’s head Rigby breaks open the roof of the elevator and begins climbing. Mordecai depressed himself but finally gives in and climbs until they reach a vent which they crawl through.

They crawl until they reach a cave and wake up bats with Mordecai’s lighter app. They see a giant bat who first wants to kill them but when they mention Fist Pump he tells them he wants to see the band.

They end up getting to the concert riding the bat and realize Space can be pretty cool. Though they miss Earth it looks like they are going to make the best of this experience. Really enjoying how much Regular Show they are cranking out even though every episode is leading to the series finale. I will keep enjoying this show that is for sure.

 

World of Final Fantasy Opening Released

World of Final Fantasy is looking to be something amazing, and I am so excited to get my hands on it come October 25th. After revealing that people outside of Japan will be able to play the demo for this game on October 17th, they released the opening to the game.

I really do enjoy when games have an anime flair and style because that means anime cut-scenes can always occur. This game is no different and with the chibi style flowing through the game it just begs for an anime form.

This opening is packed with monsters and characters fans have really grown to love over the long life of the Final Fantasy series. This game is really going to be something that I think will provide fans and newbies alike with a fantastic Final Fantasy experience.

Catching these creatures and stacking them is also something that hasn’t been done in a game so I am excited to really try something out that is so new. If you like Final Fantasy, anime, and Pokemon style monster capturing then you will find something in this game. Even though I haven’t had as much exposure to this series as I would have liked, I am so ready to jump in and play this game.

This game may look cute but it really has such in depth world of playing to discover, so if you can at least give the demo a shot on the 17th!

Below is the trailer which I have already watched multiple times because it is amazing. This game is coming out on the 25th in the US, the 27th in Japan, and finally the 28th in Europe.

You’re the Worst S3 E7

Jimmy is cranking out his novel possibly spurred on by deadlines and the death of his father. He soon passes out exhausted after a crazy night of writing. He suddenly gets a package which he opens and throws outside. Moments later Gretchen brings it in and he tosses it outside again. Of course Edgar brings it in once again.

Inside are his dad’s ashes, and his dad wanted him to have a memorial as his last wishes. Of course Jimmy really has no interest on it at least on the surface.

Lindsay wants to find another man to screw so she can be with Paul. He diverges the conversation in hopes of changing her to his side.

Gretchen’s new client is the brilliant Ben Folds. Gretchen goes home to see Jimmy reading his novel to his father’s ashes. Clearly he has somethings to get off his chest.

Lindsay hates how boring Paul is and clearly needs excitement to keep this up. Paul finds the man Lindsay wanted to spend time with and is soon told to sit down and watch what unfolds, clearly crushing him.

Edgar goes to talk to the VA about smoking pot medically and is sent away. Jimmy’s dad’s friend comes to the door to tell

They have a memorial, and everyone comes including Ben Folds. Ronny, Jimmy’s Dad’s friend reads a message from his dad as the eulogy. After the letter is filled with lies, Jimmy freaks out and reads his list of heckles. Jimmy runs off to dump his ashes as Ben Folds opens up a prop table at the party.

Edgar gets a pot card as Jimmy goes to scatter his father’s ashes at Tony Shaloub’s house. As he kicks the can of ash’s he breaks down and cries walking home.

A really deep episode of the fantastic “You’re the Worst”. Losing a parent can be very troubling even if they weren’t the best to you.  But I think they really did this well, and love how intelligent are when  they deal with tragedy. Excited as always for  next week’s episode “Genetically Inferior Beta Males.”

 

Gotham S3 E4 ‘New Day Rising’

After the villainous Mad Hatter Jervis Tetch made his appearance and was scared off by his sister we find her talking to Bullock. Tetch is going to find her and she knows it, he really is far worse then anyone knows. We next see Tetch hypnotizing a man surrounded by carnival props.

It’s election day with the former mayor and the crime lord Penguin running even. Riddler is so happy to be free from Arkham and helping Penguin. Penguin has even had their release certificates framed.

They are taking Alice Tetch’s  blood to test it. She tells Lee all about Tetch and how if he gets into your mind you are done. Clearly he is affecting Gordon as he causes him to walk out into the street in front of a barreling truck.

One of Bruce’s cars was totaled of course because 5 can’t drive. 5 and Selina are still together and he doesn’t understand what she is doing when she says she is robbing a place. She is quickly caught in the act, I do hope she gets away.

Penguin is actually quite the charismatic figure when he is led by the Riddler. Butch is paying of members of the election board. Gordon is off to see Babs to find out where Tetch is. I do love how mad Babs is, she is so perfect for Gordon. Tetch is looking for muscle and easily wins over two bruisers.

Selina is trapped, when 5 busts in and takes out the guys in a flash. Gordon goes to speak with Alice about his suicidal thoughts. Barnes and Gordon surprisingly have a heart to heart and he allows him to talk to her.

Selina realizes 5 is not Bruce. Riddler is annoyed Butch is paying people off when Penguin is winning people over with his charisma.Alice knows Tetch is still in Gordon’s head and helps him figure out that ticking will set him off. Suddenly the bruisers come into the GCPD ready to take Alice. Not a good day for anyone at the police station today. When Tetch comes before Gordon and hypnotizes him Barnes saves the day maybe Barnes isn’t so terrible.

5 and Selina are talking as she stitches his wound up. 5 has never had anyone to call a friend and clearly hopes Selina will be a friend or more as he kisses her which is a shock. Gordon wakes up in the office with Lee, they need to talk. Gordon has no words for her, and she is rightfully upset. Gordon is under a 48 hour suicide watch, will he find a way to free himself to beat Tetch?

Butch promises his men if Penguin wins they will run the city, his two men have lost Nygma. When Bullock interrogates the last of the bruisers he tells him where Tetch is. Meanwhile Tetch has dressed Alice, as well Alice from Alice in Wonderland and is ready to punish her for leaving him. He injects her with something terrible I presume.

Gordon is off to the hospital when Bullock gives his guards a break and he is set free to get Tetch. Bruce finds 5 angry with him, or really angry with himself for not spending time with Selina. 5 is going to leave Gotham and jumps off the roof running to safety. This clone certainly is superhuman.

Tetch is planning to inject Alice’s blood into the drinking water to create a few monsters. Gordon comes into face Tetch who sets off a ticking metronome. Gordon overcomes it and breaks his spell. Soon after Alice falls from the pier and is stabbed by a spike causing Tetch to scream.

Penguin feels betrayed by Riddler taking back the money Butch bribed the officials with, but is overcome with joy when he wins nonetheless. In the aftermath Butch is demoted and Riddler and Penguin go to celebrate.

Bruce and Alfred talk of Selina because Bruce just wants Selina truly. Gordon and Lee talk as well and finally put things to rest. 5 is walking alone when he is taken in by the Court of owls, phase 2 of his story begins now.

Penguin speaks out for the first time as Mayor introducing Gotham to his Chief of Staff Mr.Nygma. At the crime scene a drop of Alice’s blood falls into Barnes’ eye, shit is about to go down.

With Penguin as Mayor the city of Gotham is definitely not going to be so peaceful as the underbelly will definitely come to the surface. Really ready for next week’s episode ‘Anything for you’

We Bare Bears S2 E 16 ‘Baby Bears on a Plane’

The Baby bears are back and on a plane to Sweden. Such cute bears when they are young. Of course things aren’t going to be easy for our little heroes. I love how excited they are by everything on the plane. They split up and sit in different parts of the plane.

Grizz chooses first class and enjoys an action movie.Panda sits between a man and woman with a baby. Ice Bear ever the luckiest is found by the captain and brought to the captain’s quarters. He always gets the best treatment.

Grizz is on the plane and happens to be next to the star of the movie they are showing. Diedrech Bader has such a great voice for strong male characters. Panda is having a terrible time as usual and has his pretzel stolen by a baby.Ice bear is freaked out by the captains not knowing everything about the plane. They then play boardgames.

There is turbulence as Panda heads out to grab pancakes. He is followed by the baby and into the food cart. Such a common trope to have a character followed by a mischevious baby.

Grizz is excited by the movie and doesn’t realize the movie star is freaking out. He is actually afraid of flying which shows he can’t possibly do his own flights. I’m sure Grizz isn’t too thrilled with this.

Panda is dealing with the baby, who is playing around like crazy. Poor Panda. He would be the only who could handle this of course.

The second captain takes a bite of pancake and begins choking.  Will Ice Bear have to save the day? The food cart breaks the door when the captain hits the steering wheel, breaking it. The movie star is freaking out and they are going to land soon.

Ice Bear takes things into his own hands and jumps up to fly the plane. Grizz helps his new friend and helps talk him down from his hiding spot. Throwing a bag of pretzels Panda saves the baby. Ice bear lands the plane and everything works out all right for our baby bears they even get their pancakes. Though they find out they aren’t in Sweden they are in Boise.

The Amazing World of Gumball S5 E5’The Vision’

Gumball and Darwin are in the locker room and Gumball is musing on his strengthening body. He takes out his gym bag and gets dressed only to realize it isn’t his bag. He’s dressing in a string and ends up dressing quite provactively.

They find a USB stick with a cheesy love poem and Gumball is sickened. As they look through his photos they find devilish things. He is planning to become the school president and wants to change himself.

He changes his face passing by faces of Trump and Dr.Egg man before landing on a scarred face. He then changes his voice to a sinsiter southern accent. I think it is a reference to Kevin Spacey’s character as honestly it sounds like Spacey.

There is going to be a tax on grapes and Gumball isn’t going to stand for it. Soon a riot starts. We soon are back in Gumball and Darwin’s room and find this isn’t actually happening, shameful just shameful.

Alan is now speaking with robotic arms to be more approachable. He starts hanging up propaganda posters. He wants to fix all sad people and send them to happy camps. If anyone strays from happiness they will be corrected. They mime different ways of offing someone, quite humorously.

Locking themselves in his locker they set off a bomb which hurts them. They sneak around the school trying to hunt him down. Gumball can’t pop him and when they confront him they have a laugh. Alan then begins a new manifesto and shows his evil side instantly being popped by Gumball. Who would have thought Alan the happy balloon was evil?

Regular Show: In Space S8 E11 ‘Can you Ear Me Now?’

Mordecai and Rigby go to the summertime planet and have a great time. They then head off with their new crew to complete some errands. When the duo yells their trademark OHHH their new robot friend tells them not to be so loud as the citizens are troubled by loud noises.

It turns out they are in fact ear people. Of course Mordecai and Rigby cause trouble and make a ruckus bringing them into court. I love that the prosecutor is a southern lawyer, such a humorous type of lawyer.

They call in their friends to be character witnesses. Of course the first person up is Benson and he lies saying they wouldn’t ever yell.  When he tells them he was a drummer his testimony is thrown out. Hilarious to think that drumming could be a sin.

Eileen says that she in fact dating Rigby. The prosecutor makes Eileen nervous and she yells, making her testimony invalid as well.

Many villains of the past appear in court and slam the duo. They quickly find the defendants guilty and give them life in prison.

They head over to see the Oracle and ask for a pardon. They end up knocking over the Oracle the biggest crime. Spraying the Oracle with their water gun, he can finally hear again. Though none of the photos were developed so the journey may have been in vain.

Loving this final season so far, hopefully it just keeps getting better!
