Elementary SN5-Ep3 ‘Worth Several Cities’

elementary-872

Last week the season 5 premiere of Elementary started with a big bang, from an IED which was used in a string of similar explosion half a decade earlier. Joan reconnects with a drug dealer she once saved on the operating table, who is not trying to get his life back together after being released from prison. It will be interesting see how Joan and Shinwells relationship evolves and if he will be a regular throughout the season 5. Now you know it’s going to be a great episode when Holmes gets himself kidnapped at the start of the episode!

SN5-EP2 ‘Worth Several Cities’

Sherlock (Jonny Lee Miller) manages to get himself kidnapped by a drug dealer who demands holmes to find the men responsible for the killing of his smuggler however the search quickly turns into a search for a very expensive historical antiquity. Holmes refuses payment from El Halcon (Jon Huertas), instead, asking for Quid Pro Quo deal – Sherlock wants the seller of the tainted heroin from last week’s Episode in return for who was responsible for killing Halcon’s smuggler.

Worth Several Cities

Watson (Lucy Liu) get’s ex-drug dealer Shinwell (Nelson Ellis) a job that comes with accommodation, but also asks Watson for one more favour, Shinwell wants’s her to help locate his daughter so he knows she is ok. A North Korean smuggler confesses to everything in a bid to protect his family, but he couldn’t have possibly done it. The Box and meth were stolen from his employer, but the box again disappeared and the thief was killed.

elementary-08

Watson gets a visit from Taiwanese officials asking for Yun Jing Yi, which we learnt is Watson’s Chinese name, the officials offered up $50 million for the box to go to Taiwan. Shinwell finds his daughter by his own means but decides it’s not the right time to enter her life just yet. Holmes and Bell (Jon Michael Hill) the dead thief’s boyfriend and quickly realises that the box was actually “The Imperial Jade Seal of China” (“the seal”). The most sought after antiquity in the world, The Seal is priceless. The investigation leads Sherlock to Wayne Vachs (Ron Rifkin) who, before Sherlock and Joan ambush him, show them a restraining order.

Undeterred Watson and Sherlock return home to regroup, they are visited by Wendy (Annie Q.), the daughter of a very high ranking Chinese official, she reminds them that China has loads more money then Taiwan, and will pay more for said box. Sherlock gets himself invited into Wayne Vach’s office, Vach tell Sherlock he won the seal in an auction, which an expert only know as “C(Jane Alexander) confirms this is correct. With the seal recovered Holmes puts red ink on it and uses it as a stamp for evidence, which eventually is not a sin against the ancient gods of China. Holmes rules out the Chinese as the direct killers, The murders were committed by Vachs, who has been bankrupted in the mining accident, but would have been awarded a huge construction contract in China had he been able to return their most prized possession, clearly men like him don’t get their hands dirty so one of his security would have done the dirty work.

I don’t know about you guys, but I really enjoyed this episode and the history behind it. What were your thoughts?

Elementary Episode 3 ‘Render, and Then Seize Her” will air 23rd Oct 2016 on CBS.

New Wizard of Oz Prequel in the Works – Possibly Starring Nathan Fillion

The wonderful Nathan Fillion could be starring as the Wizard of Oz in a new prequel movie. The movie, based on the 1991 book How The Wizard Came to Oz by Donald Abbot is reportedly in development by RAMstar Studios. The story, which is similar to the 2013 film Oz: The Great and Powerful starring James Franco, follows circus con man Oscar Diggs on his journey to become the man behind the curtain.

While it seems a little soon to essentially be remaking a film from three years ago, whoever complained about a Nathan Fillion vehicle? Also, Oscar Diggs has the opportunity to be very silly in the build up to being the ruler of the Emerald City, so we could potentially be in for a treat – as long as the project is approached with a brain, a bit of heart and some courage of course!

The story synopsis is as follows:

“Discover how everyone’s favorite humbug first found his way to Oz! When circus stuntman Oscar Diggs goes aloft in a balloon and is blown over the rainbow to the land of Oz at the time when both wicked witches are still alive and kicking, he’s in for the biggest challenge of his life! Through a delicious set of misunderstandings, the people of Oz mistake Oscar for a mighty wizard and Oscar, ever the showman, plays right along. Staying one jump ahead of the two wicked witches is no easy feat, but Oscar’s wit and bag of tricks help him carry the day!”

The movie is set to be directed by Cole S McKay, who has been no stranger to movie sets for over 30 years. He’s had some directing experience, however his most prolific work seems to be as a stunt coordinator. That suggests there could be some pretty daring action sequences alongside Fillion‘s signature charm.

American Horror Story: Roanoke ‘Chapter 5’

roanoke-1

Last week The Millers were assisted by some new and old friends in getting Lee’s (Angela Bassett) daughter Flora (Saniyya Sidney) back. We also learnt a little more of the horned woman’s history and we saw the season of the blood moon begin, let find how much more horror the Millers can take in this week’s episode.

ahs-recap-chapter-5-1476368034

Roanoke ‘Chapter 5’

This week we learned of Edward Philippe Mott (Evan Peters) an eccentric from Philadelphia, who purchased the house and the grounds as a retreat. Mott filled the house with artwork and had the shakers building the house, craft a series of underground tunnels that led into the woods as an escape, however, during the build several tragic accidents befell the builders. Mott left a wife and heir behind in Philadelphia, to live in the Sappony (Roanoke House) mansion with his black male lover, Guinness (Henderson Wade).

%e2%80%a2-american-horror-story-my-roanoke-nightmare-chapter-5-guinness

Mott, obsessed with art was devastated when he awoke to find all his beloved art was slashed, a household servants claimed she saw invades from the woods, but Mott doesn’t buy it and locks all the household staff in the root cellar, until they confess, he also dismisses his lover, a slave in his adult size tantrum. The Villagers dragged Mott to his impalement and immolation. Guinness had escaped but was later jailed and never spoke of the house staff that were trapped the root cellar, they were discovered years later as the house was passed down the line of Mott descendants through the centuries, until Dandy Mott the last decedent who dies in 1952.

Matt (Cuba Gooding Jr.) and Shelby (Sarah Paulson) and Flora (Saniyya Sidney) are captured and blindfolded by the Polk family and taken to their house where they find Elias (Denis O’Hare) is being kept alive and has been partially dismembered, Elias is barely conscious but manages to warn Matt that Mumma Polk (Frances Conroy) took his leg. Mamma Polk emerges with jerky and offers it to the Millers, lucky they declined, it was Elias jerky! The Polk family has had a deal with The Butcher (Kathy Bates) for 200 years, The Polks are left in peace in exchange for sacrifices and blood concentrations.

ahs-roanoke-bates

The Polks turn the Millers over to the Butcher, Flora is taken to be killed, but Ambrose (Wes Bentley) attacks his mother instead, pulling her into a pyre. With Mott’s intervention and Lee arriving back at the house at the perfect time, the Miller’s were able to escape the evil of Roanoke, the family fled to a cheap motel with nothing but the clothes on their backs. In her closing testimonial, Shelby mentions she is still haunted by her continuing nightmares.

What did you think of this week’s episode?  American Horror Story: Roanoke ‘Chapter 6’ will air on 19th Oct. 2016 on FX.

James Gunn Promises Strong Female Characters for Guardians of the Galaxy vol 2

In 2014, when Guardians of the Galaxy was released, it was noticeable that one of the five main characters was frequently omitted from the merchandise. Gamora. Zoe Saldana’s green-skinned, ass-kicking leading lady was often absent from the tshirts and toys marketed to fans of the film. In fact, delightful talking tree Groot was considered to be more relatable to the young boys being targeted by the advertisers than the human-shaped lady character. However, in the film itself, the female characters are fantastic. Nebula was a break-out success, and hopefully the crazy talented Karen Gillan will be featured more in vol 2. Gamora was portrayed as intelligent and independent. I don’t want to imply in any way that GotG is a feminist manifesto, but for context, I just want to set the first film perhaps has a worse reputation for its treatment of women than it deserves…

Writer/director/all-round dude James Gunn took to social media on Tuesday – not just because it was a day ending in a y, but because it was International Day of the Girl. He wrote an excellent, well thought out piece about his feelings about female representation in the media. “I’m sick of the stories where there are a bunch of fully realised male characters and one female character, whose primary characteristic is simply being ‘the girl’ or the personality-less object of some man’s affections.” Gunn wrote. “I can’t wait for you all to see Guardians of the Galaxy vol 2, with Gamora, Nebula, and Mantis in action, where we will not only pass the Bechdel test, but run over it and back up over it again and again in an eighteen-wheeler truck, and where their stories and the men’s stories don’t come at the expense of each other, but are interwoven in a way to strengthen and optimize all of them.”

The post was well received by the majority of fans, some commenting how much they enjoyed his writing of other female characters, such as Ellen Page’s role in Super. Other fans didn’t seem so keen, raising a ‘what about the boys?’ argument, which Gunn hit back at. Of course, there were a few comments from people asking about when the trailer is coming out (yawn!) which Gunn didn’t dignify with a response. I’m sure someone directed them to the pinned post at the top of his Facebook page…

Read his Facebook essay in all its beautiful glory here:

Guardians of the Galaxy vol 2 starring Zoe Saldana, Karen Gillan, Pom Klementieff, Chris Pratt, Vin Diesel, Dave Bautista, Bradley Cooper and Kurt Russell, and will be released on 28th April 2017 in the UK (5th May in the USA)

Four LEGO Ideas Sets You Must Own

1634682-o_1945khltg1ofqmcgpfj7occvp7-full

You may not have heard of LEGO Ideas but it is a site has been behind some of LEGO’s most successful sets over the last few years. LEGO Ideas is basically a website that allows users to submit their ideas for LEGO sets; each set must reach a maximum of 10,000 supporters to be considered for release by LEGO…and recently Savath_Bunny’s amazing Agents of SHIELD set did just that, so I thought I’d share with you four of my favourite LEGO Ideas sets.

Doctor Who: The 12th Doctor’s TARDIS

dr-who-lego

Minifigures: The 11th Doctor, The 12th Doctor, Clara Oswald, Weeping Angels

Build: TARDIS (Interior, exterior), Daleks

Price: £42.99

This without a doubt has to be my favourite LEGO Ideas set so far. It’s a very accurate recreation of the 12th Doctor’s TARDIS in LEGO and features a nice mixture of minifigures including not just one Doctor, but TWO. The Dalek mini-builds may not work quite as well as the LEGO Dimensions Dalek (the flappy bit at the front is weird) but it’s passable. Possibly the most fun thing about this set though is that it means you can have Batman and Donald Duck in the 12th Doctor’s TARDIS console room. Just make sure you don’t confuse the polarity of the neutron flow.

Back To The Future Delorean

maxresdefault2

Minifigures: Marty McFlyDoc Brown

Build: Delorean

Price: £149.99

“Wait a minute, wait a minute, Doc…you built a time machine…out of a Delorean…out of LEGO?!?”

That’s inevitably what Marty McFly probably said to his fellow minifigure Doc Brown in the LEGO universe. This LEGO version of the iconic Delorean is impressively accurate to its appearance in the film and comes as a three-in-one build, meaning you can rebuild it as it appeared in Back To The Future Part 2 and Back To The Future Part 3, as well as its main look from Back To The Future Part 1. Whilst it’s disappointing that Marty Mcfly doesn’t come with his hoverboard from Part 2, the minfigures look great – even if Doc Brown’s hair piece from the Dimensions Fun Pack works better.

Ghostbusters Ecto-1

lego-ghostbusters-ecto-1

Minifigures: Peter Venkman, Egon SpenglerRay StantzWinston Zeddemore

Build: Ecto-1Ghost TrapProton Packs

Price: £42.95

The Ecto-1 is perhaps one of the most famous movie cars of all time – and being able to build it in LEGO is a lot of fun. The Ecto-1 set accurately recreates its look from the first Ghostbusters movie and comes with a neat buildable stand for the four Ghostbusters. The Ideas Peter Venkman arguably looks more like Bill Murray than the LEGO Dimensions figure, with a more fitting hair piece. Egon Spengler is perhaps the most impressive minfigure of the bunch though; LEGO picked the perfect hair for him in this set. And, of course, each minfigure  is carrying an unlicensed nuclear accelerator on his back: the Proton Packs, which look incredible in LEGO.

The Beatles’ Yellow Submarine

fbs4tfccp5vb4yrfo5vw

Minifigures: Paul McCartneyJohn LennonRingo StarrGeorge HarrisonJeremy

Build: Yellow Submarine

Price: £49.99

All together now! We all live in a yellow submarine, a yellow submarine, a yellow submarine…

This set is based on the 1968 animated fantasy film Yellow Submarine and will be released on 1st November 2016. Some may be disappointed that it features minifigures based on the Beatles’ animated look from the film but personally I think it makes for a more interesting set of minifigures than if they had based it on their ‘real life’ appearance. The Yellow Submarine itself is possibly one of the most beautiful builds LEGO have produced and the inclusion of ‘nowhere man’ Jeremy is an interesting choice. It’s also worth noting how each of the Beatles are holding their souvenirs from the live-action scene at the end of the movie; John’s got the submarine’s telescope, Paul’s got a little ‘love’, George has the motor that Jeremy fixes, and Ringo’s got a hole in his pocket.

So those are my top four favourite LEGO Ideas sets. Do you agree with my list? Let me know in the comments below.

All prices are taken from Amazon UK as of Saturday 15th October 2016. The Beatles’ Yellow Submarine price comes from the press release for the set.

J.K. Rowling Confirms “Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them” Will Be a Five Movie Series

fantastic-beast-logo2

Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them is the magical and wildly anticipated beginning of a new series of movies in the Harry Potter franchise. Based on the book with the name name by J.K. Rowling, the movie will follow Newt Scamander in New York, 1926 to research and rescue magical creatures, keeping them safe in his enchanted leather briefcase. However, disaster strikes when some of the beasts are let free – and Newt and his new-found companions must gather them back before they wreak havoc in a city already on the edge.

On 13th October 2016, the Fantastic Beasts Global Event took place in Leicester Square, London, where the stars, the director, and even J.K. Rowling herself arrived to talk further about the new series in the franchise. Hoards of screaming fans, all dressed in their finest wizarding wear, were also present, there to pour their hearts and love into a movie that isn’t even out yet – because despite the Harry Potter series focusing on The Boy Who Lived, the universe Rowling has created has grown far beyond the walls of Hogwarts and Diagon Alley.

It was at this event that J.K Rowling then made the announcement of the evening.

jkrowlingannouncing

“I think we can say,” She pauses, looking to Yates, “Am I allowed to say that David?” At his agreement, she turns back to the audience.

“So I’ve now done the plotting properly, so we’re pretty sure it’s going to be five movies.”

The final word has barely escaped her lips before the room goes up in a chorus of elated cheer, and the reactions on Twitter have been absolutely outstanding.

The cast and interviewer themselves sat aghast, also completely caught out by Rowling’s statement. Of course the world always knew that Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them was due to be more than one movie – originally, it was meant to be a trilogy. But with this announcement, fans can now look forward to returning to the Wizard World again, this time for another extended stay.

Rowling has also confirmed that young Dumbledore will be making an appearance, and that there will be a prominent role for his rival, once friend and also unrequited love, Gellert Grindlewald.

dumbledore

Overall, whilst some fans have expressed concern about how they plan to spread this series across five movies, especially when the book it’s based on is an incredibly thin spin-off one at that – however, Rowling clearly loves her characters, the world she has created and the characters and monsters that thrive within it. She wants the best for her characters, on both print and big-screen. The world can breathe a sigh of relief – the magical world has come to welcome us home, and it plans to stay for a while.

fantastic-beast-logo

Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them is due for release November 18th 2016, and will star Eddie Redmayne (Les Miserables, The Theory of Everything, My Week with Marilyn) as Newt Scamander, Ezra Miller (We Need to Talk About Kevin, The Perks of Being a Wallflower, Suicide Squad) as Credence, Colin Farrell (Phone Booth, Miami Vice, Total Recall) as Percival Graves and Katherine Waterston (Steve Jobs, Inherent Vice, The Disappearance of Eleanor Rigby: Her) as Porpentina Goldstein.

Agents of SHIELD SN4 EP03-‘Uprising’

A blackout causes Agents of Shield to shine bright in one of its most thrilling episodes.

agents-of-shield-season-4-episode-3

After a couple episodes dealing with the supernatural, Agents of Shield returned to its roots this week, dealing with an old fashioned worldwide disaster. In an episode that also saw the organisation re-legitimised this was really the only way to go. There had to be one grand gesture to the world stating they have a reason to trust SHIELD again, and that could hardly be achieved if they’d emerged from the shadows talking about chasing ghosts. Though why that would be hard to believe in a world filled with superheroes I have no idea. In any case, after seeing the team deal with increasingly crazy stuff, mostly known only to them, for so long, it was nice an action packed world hopping adventure.

The show wasted no time getting right into things, as the hen party Yo-Yo was attending went a little bit more off the rails than they usually do. They went all out showing the effects of the EMP, with a helicopter falling from the sky and crashing into a building. It was a moment that felt earned. Big moments like that are usually exciting to see at first, but then bear no consequence later. Take the nuking of a town in ‘Arrow’ for example, it was all but ignored, but here the stakes were clearly felt by everyone, and it made a moment like that clearly in service to the wider story. Sure it was mainly a fun visual, but it amplified the threat in significant ways.

The threat, of course, was caused by the Watchdogs as opposed to the Inhumans. Making their first appearance back in Season 3, the Watchdogs were a genuinely formidable force that seemed to peter out after their first appearance. After all the ominous talk we’ve heard about them over the last two episodes as well, it was important to ensure that their re-introduction to the story lived up to the hype. I think we can safely say it did, as the Watchdogs are now more formidable than ever. With decent funding giving them access to military grade equipment, these guys are a far cry from the home grown Watchdogs of last season. Though we unfortunately didn’t bear witness to their attacks throughout the world, their actions in Miami were enough to lend weight to those attacks. It could have easily felt like a cop out when they mentioned they had killed 17 Inhumans at the end there, and it would have been good to see at least one of those to further emphasise the danger, but what we saw of them in the episode was enough to make you believe they could have been successful around the world. The only reason Yo-Yo really survived was because Coulson, Mack and Fitz showed up, rather awesomely might I add.

That is part of what made this such a standout episode. Showing a little, but saying a lot. It certainly applies to the relationship between Robbie and his brother Gabe. We didn’t get much interaction between the two this episode, which was a shame but there’ll no doubt be more, however the little we did see said a lot about how close they are. Both are protective of one another, but both show that in different ways. Whilst Robbie can quite easily physically protect his brother, Gabe has to take a slightly calmer, more intelligent approach. The way he analysed Daisy and warned her to stay away was cold, but not entirely unwarranted. He figured out she was Quake and for all he knows she’s a dangerous bank robber. It brought up that question again of whether Daisy really is a good person at the moment. It’s a conflict she’s clearly struggling with herself, but whereas her friends at Shield try to tiptoe around the subject, Gabe just told it as it is, and that will no doubt get Daisy thinking. It helps that Gabe is a likeable character. You could easily get mad at him for telling Daisy to stay away, but between his relationship with Robbie and the fact he told Daisy to leave in probably the nicest way possible, it’s hard not to like this guy.

The only part of the episode that fell a little short was the Agent May plotline. There was never the real sense there that she would actually die, so much of the tension of the scene just wasn’t there. Nevertheless, it was fun to see Dr Radcliffe return and work together with Simmons, and his matter of fact attitude towards everything continues to be a comic highlight. We got to see a little more interaction with Aida this episode, but it appears that storyline is going to take more of a slow burn approach. There’s a certain quality of sadness to Mallory Jansen’s performance that both evokes sympathy for Aida and prevents you from wholly trusting her. Given every AI story ever, Aida will no doubt become a homicidal maniac, but as I’ve said before I hope they go a different route.

S.H.I.E.L.D Zephyr One Report Log_Events of Interest and Enquiry:

  • The fight scenes were stunning this episode, especially with the way the environment was incorporated into them. It was a pleasure to see Robbie and Daisy team up, and shows that Robbie has some decent skills as a normal person, let alone as Ghost Rider, whilst Daisy’s arm is in even worse shape now. The true highlights involved Coulson’s team. The use of tracking in the scene where they saved Yo-Yo was superb as the camera swiftly moved from person to person, not breaking up any of the action and emphasising the gravity of the situation. Then when they located the EMP device, the flashing lights illuminating brief moments of the fight really evoked a sense of confusion. All together they were just some really fun scenes to watch, and proved no matter how far Agents of Shield delves into the supernatural, it will always be grounded in moments like this.
  • There was some rather good humour to be had this episode as well. Most of it involved Coulson missing out on seeing Ghost Rider, and Mack and Fitz assuring him the transformation was “quite unsettling.”
  • We also got a glimpse of the general attitude towards Inhumans this episode. We’ve not really seen Inhumans within the context of a wider world, interacting with friends and family who aren’t approving of what they are. Therefore, it was quite heart-breaking to see Yo-Yo’s friends turn on her so quickly this episode. It’s an issue that’s essentially one of the main plot points throughout the history of the X-Men, and has always been an intriguing one to explore, so I hope to see the writers expand on this through the use of Inhumans. They are after all extremely similar.
  • So the touch of a ghost scares people to death. It was only a matter of time before they managed to explain it through science, but that’s only one aspect of the ghosts. It’s still unclear how they exist, or just how their touch does that.
  • So just who was in that Inhuman cocoon at the end there. Obviously Senator Nadir’s brother, which lends a bit more context as to why she’s so against Inhumans if she believes they took her brother from her, but it seems he’s been trapped in that cocoon for a while. Why has he stayed in there so long? And what does that mean for the powers he’s developing? Something tells me we’ll find out soon enough.

Agents of Shield returned this week with a thrilling, action packed instalment that expanded upon the Marvel Cinematic Universe in some very significant ways. With the presence of Inhumans now common knowledge it was time for SHIELD to come out of the shadows, which will no doubt have lasting effects throughout the Marvel world. A worldwide disaster and some actual human enemies brought the series back to its roots, capped off with some excellent fight scenes. As the threat of the Watchdogs grows, and the ghost mystery deepens, Agents of Shield has no shortage of strong material to play with, and given the brilliance of the first three episodes of this season, I think we should all be excited by what’s coming next.

Lucifer SN2-EP3 ‘Sin-Eater’

670

Welcome back to another episode recap of the devil we love Lucifer. Keeping with tradition let’s have a quick recap of last week’s episode –

SN2-EP2 “Liar, Liar, Slutty Dress on Fire.

Last week Lucifer’s mother, Charlotte, turns up at the scene of a grizzly murder pleading innocence, Lucifer is hesitant to believe her tale. Lucifer, not wanting to leave her home alone, he instructs Maze to babysit her – but under no circumstances is Maze to torture her, which buys Lucifer some time to investigate the case with Chloe

lucifer-203_scn2_mc0204_hires2

Lucifer SN2-EP3 “Sin-Eater”

This week Lucifer (Tom Ellis) and DetChole Decker (Lauren German) are called in to investigate a murder after a video of the gruesome crime surfaced on social media. When a second video appears they quickly realise they have a serial killer who likes to punish people, which immediately intrigues our devil, while at the same time it makes him question his own need to punish people. We also see a friendship starting between CSI Ella (Amiee Garcia) and Lucifer this week, as the bond over the murder victim’s roasted crotch.

Best line of the episode…”Do not touch the charred crotch, Lucifer.”

The investigation leads them to a website “Wobble” a competitor of Facebook, where both of the victim videos and the humiliation video were posted and at which one of the victims worked. Decker and Lucifer believe one of the moderators have had enough of the horrible clips and has now turned Vigilante. The website uses content moderators to screen all posted videos for inappropriate material; which we learn the head of the company Lelia (Robin Givens) who has been helping Decker with her investigation used to be a moderator. So, of course, Decker and Lucifer immediately suspect head of the company is responsible

lucifer-2-03-sin-eater-do-not-touch-the-charred-crotch-1024x576

Maze (Lesley-Ann Brandt) and Dr Martin (Rachael Harris) are having drinks at Lux when Mamma Morningstar (Tricia Helfer) arrives, Maze’s anger at Charlotte is noticed by Dr Martin and encourages Maze to talk to Lucifer about the issue, but instead Maze leaves to speak to Amenadiel (D.B. Woodside). Charlotte pushes Lucifers buttons when she questions why he still labels himself a punisher, “it’s what I do. It’s  what I have always done” he replies. She tells him no,  this is what your father always wanted you to do. Is Lucifer still sub-consciously still trying to impress and win over father’s approval? Lucifer gets his devil eyes on, but Charlotte doesn’t even blink.

Decker and Lucifer can’t find Leila, but then a message comes through that Leila will kill herself live on the air on Wobble. Decker and Lucifer follow ha hunch that it will go down at Wobble and head to Wobble HQ, they find Leila tied up and recording a video with the HR guy Raymond (Vik Sahay) recording it. Lelia is doused in petrol and Raymond is holding a lighter so Decker can’t shoot him without blowing them all up. As Raymond dropped the lighter she sets off the fire extinguishing system. Turns out Raymond enjoyed seeing people beg for forgiveness.

Chloe and Dan (Kevin Alejandro) talk about the camping trip, Chloe said earlier they couldn’t go on the trip because it was unfair to give Trixie (Scarlett Estevez)false hope of the family being together again, Dan agrees they shouldn’t go on the trip and that they are both better apart for Trixie’s sake, and it’s time they get a divorce. Lucifer returns to Lux and is relieved to find mum hasn’t been sent back to hell, Lucifer a man of his word hands down his punishment to his mother, she must live out her time on Earth as Charlotte Richards, the human. Leaving Lux,  Charlotte walks down a dodgy street and gets mugged. When he struggles with her, she throws him, with little effort against that wall. She is surprised at her new strength and walks away with a strut and clearly pleased with herself. I think Mamma Morningstar is going to be trouble with a capital T!

Live Action “Beauty and the Beast” Photos Show Iconic Ballgown

Ever since the trailer dropped for the live action version of Beauty and The Beast (directed by Bill Condon), Disney fans have been waiting for shots of Belle and the Beast in full. As the trailer gave so little away, with only shots of the castle and a glimpse of Belle’s face, fans have been eagerly awaiting to see what the Disney classic couple will look like in full for the animation.

Disney fans can now rejoice, however, as images have surfaced not only of Emma Watson (Harry Potter Franchise, Ballet Shoes, The Perks of Being a Wallflower) in Belle’s first blue and white outfit, but also one of her in the iconic yellow gown, dancing with the Beast – Dan Stevens (Downton Abbey, The Guest, Sense and Sensibility) himself.

From what we can see so far, Watson really is Belle come to life – brunette, immensely intelligent and stunning in the gown for her dance with the Beast. The Beast himself also looks impressive, with his blue jacket and black trouser ensemble.

Other images have been released, including one of the bar scene from the number “Gaston” (No one shoots like Gaston…) starring Luke Evans (Dracula Untold, The Raven, Fast & Furious 6) as the misogynistic and over-the-top protagonist  of the tale.

An image of the infamous Lumiere and Cogsworth has also been released, who will be voiced by Ewan McGregor (Star Wars Franchise, Moulin Rouge, Trainspotting) and Ian McKellen (X-Men Franchise, The Lord of the Rings, Gods and Monsters) respectively.
