Lucha Underground Season 3 Return!

Lucha Underground Season 3! I don’t even know where to start! Lucha Underground is the greatest wrestling product on the planet! Thank You Robert Rodriguez and El Rey Network! I got hooked from the moment I saw Episode 1. Ultima Lucha always puts on a great show and the matches are incredibly unbelievable. The real life vignettes they introduce characters with, is a new creative innovative way to capture your interest whether you’re a wrestling fan or not. My personal favorites have been Ivelisse, Catrina, Taya, Fenix, Prince Puma, Mil Muertes, Jack Evans, Brian Cage and Mr.Cero Miedo…….Pentagon Jr (Pentagon Dark).

Honestly I like them all! Matt Striker and Vampiro do a great job calling the action,  with no remorse for language, saying whatever comes to mind. Lucha Underground wastes very little time with promos or commercials and is a perfect one hour show. Different matches like the trios championship, Gift of the Gods, No Más, and the devastating Death Match. Bar fights, and high-flying moves by these Luchas, make for a jam-packed exciting show. All the Luchas, take very good care of each other, making sure nobody gets hurt and always, bring it to the ring. On September 7th the Temple is open again! *Spoiler Alert* My head is racing with imagination, as we saw Dario Cueto “El Jefe” being arrested to close out Ultima Lucha Dos. A dream match featuring Prince Puma versus Rey Mysterio stole the show! Female or Male matches have always come through, bringing the house down! Oh and the women fight the men also! I hope this time around we see a female defeat Matanza Cueto for the Lucha Underground Championship!

The best part, if you have not yet seen Lucha Underground, is you can catch up and watch the matches on YouTube! Yes, YouTube! All I can say is watch Vampiro vs Pentagon Jr. if you are looking for craziness right off the bat! This past Wednesday was the first time in a while there was no Lucha Underground. Yes I am having withdrawals already. I know it is only a few weeks away but the wait is going to crush me. Season 3 premieres September 7th, 8pm Eastern on El Rey Network!
